Job DescriptionHolland America Line has been exploring the world

highly skilled and experienced finance technical analyst to join
our team. This is a hybrid/in office role based at our Seattle
headquarters. As Senior Financial Systems Administrator, you'll be
responsible for delivering end-user support for financial systems
and applications and for the creation of technical integration
layers between shipboard Finance and shoreside Accounting. You'll
also be responsible for enhancing support of the Fleet Finance
operations team for near term efficiencies and enhancements while
establishing operating rhythm by team job roles/positions for
improved operational efficiencies, implementation of standard
operating procedures, and identification and reduction in
defragmented and suboptimal processes. Finally, you'll be
responsible for replacing unsupported or non-standard excel
templates and manual work arounds with a consolidated standard
template and procedures to minimize risks and inefficiencies. This
role necessitates a blend of technical expertise, project
management acumen, and the ability to develop, collaborate with
cross functional teams, various stakeholders to implement
innovative technology solutions and the ideal candidate will
possess a robust background in financial systems, architecture and
development, with a particular emphasis on Oracle technologies,
Data Warehouse solutions, and Application Integrations.
Responsibilities
- Comprehend and work with Oracle Database architecture.
- Utilize Oracle Development Toolkit for diverse development
tasks.
- Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL code.
- Support and enhance applications developed in Oracle APEX.
- Design and implement integration architecture using Informatica
ETL, XML, JSON, REST API, etc.
- Author comprehensive technical requirement documentation.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and
quality.
- Employ data visualization tools such as Power BI to create
insightful reports.
- Develop user training documentation and conduct training
sessions.
- Coordinate with technical resources to implement new technology
solutions.
- Leverage RPA tools such as UiPath and Power Automate for
process automation.
- Design and manage Data Warehouse solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- 5-7 year's experience in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Oracle Database architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Development Toolkit.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
- Experience in integration architecture, specifically EDI and
REST API.
- Excellent technical writing skills for requirement
documentation.
- Solid project management experience.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Ability to write and deliver user training documentation.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams for technology
implementation.
- Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath and Microsoft Power
Automate.
- Development experience in APEX platform.
- Experience in designing and managing Data Warehouse
solutions.
- Knowledge of AWS services for data storage and processing.
- Experience with Python, Java, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a related field.
- Certification in Oracle technologies.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting
principles.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud is plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
on time and within budget. Please note that this is a hybrid/in
office position based in our Seattle, WA headquarters. Candidates
must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week

- Base Salary Range: $107,700.00-$145,400.00. The range is
applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be
hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates'
