impact. About The Position The Festival Volunteer Manager is
responsible for managing the Festival Volunteer program, including
recruiting, onboarding and supporting volunteers. The Festival
Volunteer Manager is also responsible for ensuring SIFF's Festival
Volunteer Program utilizes best practices, as well as maintaining
good communication with SIFF's volunteers and other stakeholders.
They are also responsible for envisioning and innovating the
current Festival Volunteer Program; with the goals of diversifying
the volunteer membership as well as developing equitable, enriching
and exciting volunteer benefits and opportunities. - REPORTS TO:
Associate Director, Festivals and Events COMPENSATION: $27.00/Hour
- START AND END DATE: February 10, 2025 - June 6, 2025 PROGRAM
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The Festival Volunteer Manager is
responsible for managing the volunteer program for the 2025 Seattle
International Film Festival, including recruiting, onboarding,
record keeping, and off-boarding all volunteers at SIFF. - PRIMARY
