A company is looking for a Credit Strategy Manager to join their
Lending Team.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on lending
performance and growth strategies
Collaborate with data science teams to develop machine learning
models for loan origination and portfolio management
Design and manage credit risk strategies, ensuring alignment with
the bank's risk appetite
Required Qualifications
2+ years in analytics
2+ years working with consumer credit products
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools
Experience using models developed by data scientists for business
decisions
Familiarity with new product development and growth strategy
implementation
