Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Payroll to
manage domestic and international payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll processing for approximately 600 employees across
multiple countries and states
Ensure compliance with Federal/State/Local payroll laws and manage
the annual W2 distribution process
Lead the payroll team through transformation and advocate for best
practices in service delivery
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a
fast-paced, growing company
Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and processing international
payroll
Prior management experience is required
CPP certification preferred
Proficient in Excel
