  • ANM with strong Charge Nurse experience
  • Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating, and delegating
  • Direct care - charge nurse most commonly
  • Reports to Nurse manager
  • May have direct reports but unlikely - if assigned will be RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HUCs
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care
  • Collaborate with patients, families, patient care teams and community/regulatory agencies
    • Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire
    • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
    • Current BLS certification
    • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification, as required by facility or department
    • Certification in specialty area required in one (1) year
    • Three (3) years of experience in acute care setting
      • Schedule Information
      • SHIFT: Night, 3 x 12's but will have the contract read 40 hours for meetings, etc.
