education.Compensation:$45 - $50 hourlyResponsibilities:
- Supervise and Mentor PTAs: Provide guidance, support, and
oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure
high-quality patient care and adherence to treatment plans.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team
of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive,
patient-centered rehabilitation programs.
- Patient Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments,
create individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based
interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Leadership and Education: Lead by example in providing clinical
education, ensuring PTAs are equipped with the skills and knowledge
needed to excel in their roles.
- Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in continuous
learning opportunities, attend team meetings, and contribute to the
growth and success of the practice through leadership and
innovative care practices.Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree: Must hold a Doctor of
Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Valid Washington State Physical Therapy License: Current and
active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of
Washington.
- Experience in Patient Care: Previous clinical experience,
preferably in a multidisciplinary setting, with a strong focus on
patient-centered care and treatment planning.
- Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices: Proficient in applying
the latest research and evidence-based treatment techniques to
achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, and
healthcare team members, and supervise PTAs.About Company

- One-on-one patient care with 45-minute visits
- 8-10 patients per day
- 4-10s or 5-8 hour shifts available
