This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.What It's LikeJoin the innovative Network AI team to develop AI applications and agents that automate critical tasks for network performance analysis and enhance customer experience.What You'll DoYou will be part of the team that has developed and patented AI-powered applications for network prediction, simulation, and troubleshooting, that will help future-proof your career.Key Responsibilities* Develop Gen AI features to generate the insights from our proprietary network analytics tools and to help visualize big data* Develop AI Agents to automate cognitive tasks involved in various engineering workflows* File patents based on the innovative solutionsWhat It Takes* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or AI Engineering* Knowledgeable with Gen AI, Leet Code, and Application DevelopmentMinimum Qualifications* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United States* Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program* Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for InternshipsEmployer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
