Job Overview
Join a dynamic team of engineers with diverse expertise, driving
innovation at the forefront of 5G technology. The System Design
Engineer's role is to design, analyze, validate and deploy
hardware, software, and/or other Technology/Network solutions to
maintain, enhance, and evolve the T-Mobile Network and Systems. As
part of the Innovation Realization team, you'll develop and
implement cutting-edge solutions to support marketing events and
proof-of-concept projects, collaborating with sponsorship and
innovation partners in technology and sports and entertainment
industries. Your work will involve evaluating technologies in both
laboratory settings and real-world outdoor environments, ensuring
seamless performance in high-impact scenarios. This fast-paced role
offers the opportunity to apply a broad range of technical skills
while pushing the boundaries of connectivity and user experience.
Development of tools may be required in order to most efficiently
solve technical or business challenges including technology
evolution, performance optimization and/or quality validation. This
role works on technical assignments that are focused on evolving
technologies and capabilities and functions largely independent of
supervision.

Base Pay Range: $74,400 - $134,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will
be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications,
and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this
range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible
for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on
their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end
bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is
set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the
prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for
monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. To
