Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to assist
with IT support for their Defense Logistics Agency contract
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing a ticketing system and perform queue management
within ServiceNow
Provide end-user customer service and monitor IT applications for
performance issues
Generate regular and ad hoc reporting of metrics as required
Required Qualifications
Some college experience and six months in a related IT position
Must possess a 8570 IAT Level 2 certification and corresponding CE
requirement
Must have IT-II security clearance or a current NACLC
Experience providing customer service in a help desk
environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
